Overview
The City Council of Good Thunder, MN elected not to adopt and enforce the state’s Building Code within its jurisdiction in August 1988, except those provisions for handicapped persons in accordance with M.S. §§ 326B.106 and 326B.16, as they may be amended from time to time. The State Building Code is the standard that applies statewide for the construction, reconstruction, alteration, and repair of buildings and other structures of the type governed by the code..
